Got the error in the samba-logfile /var/log/samba/log.192.168.1.132 and didn't know what could be the problem for it. Tripplechecked all configs and rights, added the group, added the user,...
Then I found it: it was the _ in the username! So i took a - instead of the _ and everything was working fine...
